Yes. It works on iPhone and Android. NFC is built into virtually every modern phone, so your customers just tap and go — nothing to turn on or set up.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your customers don't download anything. They tap the card, a notification appears, and they tap it to open your review page. The only app involved is the free NFC Tools app, which you use once to set the card up.
Is it hard to set up?
No — it takes about 2 minutes. You download the free NFC Tools app, follow the included instruction card, and point the card at your Google review page. The step-by-step directions are in the box, so you don't need to be techy to do it.
How long does the card last?

Is this allowed by Google?
