How do I use it on a job?
When you're wrapping up and the customer's happy, hold out the keychain and say "tap your phone here if you were happy with the work." That's it — the review page opens on their phone.
Does it work on all phones?
Yes. It works on iPhone and Android. NFC is built into virtually every modern phone, so your customers just tap and go — nothing to turn on or set up.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your customers don't download anything. They tap the keychain, a notification appears, and they tap it to open your review page. The only app involved is the free NFC Tools app, which you use once to set the keychain up.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. It uses passive NFC — the customer's phone powers the whole interaction. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace, ever.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. The keychain simply opens your real Google review page — the same page anyone can reach by searching for your business. Your customers write their own honest reviews in their own words. You're just making it easier for them to get there.
